Prayers for Peace during Pregnancy

As a two friends announces the joy of a coming babies, as my sister enters her last month of pregnancy, and as another friend prepares to hold her daughter tomorrow, these are my prayers for the pregnant women in my life. (Borrowed from Parenting Freedom)
(And no, I’m not preggers. . . though would rejoice if I were.)
Thanks for these verses. I’m not pregnant, but I found them encouraging nonetheless. During my pregnancy I was anxious oftentimes and sometimes we just need to hear from Him to calm our anxiety and fears.

Thanks for putting these up…I was just working on a card for a pregnant friend and was having a hard time putting into words what I wanted to say!
In that vein, I’ve greatly benefited from all of the breastfeeding/nursing verses you’ve put together: every time I had one of those “days” bf’ing L or D, I’d come over here and remind myself!
Are you trying to get pregnant? We are having our 3rd at the end od December, hoping for a girl this time :)

Very peace inspiring prayers! I was just thinking today about how fearful I was during part of my pregnancy when my good friend was in a car accident and delivered at 26 weeks. I felt for so long like I had lost faith seeing them and their little baby go through so many things. It’s easy to live in fear and we have been so blessed – thanks for the reminder to live in faith rather than fear. Every day is a gift, especially when we are talking about our little ones.
I heard of a mother who lost her little one this week at 22 wks. You are right, Elizabeth, there are no guarantees and walking through hard times (either ourselves or with a friend) can be very faith shaking.
