Scrapple doesn’t sound very good to me at all. Ham, snausages, even bacon…but not scrapple. =)
Was just stopping by and I thought I’d tell you I absolutely love your New Orleans Red Beans and Rice recipe. I love how the best recipes can be so easy and so inexpensive to make!

Where is your husband from?! I am originally from the eastern shore of Maryland and I love scrapple! I miss it more than some of my relatives ;)
