Moosewood Fans

Does anyone own "The Moosewood Cookbook" or "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest"? Mine are in storage and I'd really like a scan or photo of a particular page, as I help prepare for the cooking portion of the upcoming Summer Institute.

Would you post or e-mail me if you have those books?

Oh NO!! I know that I have these cookbooks somewhere but I'm afraid they may still be in a random brown box! (I'll go look).

But I know that my library has them!! Does your library have them? My library is usually a severe disappointment, so I'm hopeful that if my disappointing library has them, that yours may have them also!

Okay, I get the BIG F minus. I'm exhausted and I totally forgot for a moment the whole you're-not-here-in-the-USA thing. My apologies. I'll look harder. And I think I recall that Sora might have them.

Hmmmm. . . I'll ask Sora, and if you come across them, I'm looking for the section about stir frying vegetables. I remember a page or two that had some wonderful illustrations and details about different ways to cut veggies and tips on stir fry.

Thank you, Amy. Ugh. I'll delete that right away. I need to update a lot (like e-mail addresses and links, too.)
