Let me see if I understand this. Owen is saying, that that are tasks, and other stuff that God would require of us. And even these things we could not do of our own.

For example, lets say that God has given me a gift for doing math. Even this gift - if I think that this is "my" ability, then I am mistaken.

Something like that ?
