Quick and Easy Potty Training

I found Rebecca's potty training advice to be spot on.

Just something for you new and soon-to-be mamas to bookmark for later.

I don't think I'll remember to look for it in 2 years! Maybe I'll remember what she had to say, though. It sounds like it might work better for girls, though- boys probably wouldn't be as distressed at a wet Mighty Morphin Power Ranger (?)

I agree totally with what she said. I was criticized for waiting until my son was over 2. He turned 2 in January and I began training that summer over a weekend. By Monday he was going to daycare with a few changes of clothing and they were told NOT to punish for accidents (I was working full time at the time) and just change his clothes. He was fully potty trained within a week. I highly recommend waiting. Having a 1 year old sit on the potty for an hour isn't toilet training, and that's what I was told to do.
