I am a single, divorced (since dec. 2003)father of
4 beautiful children. ( I have joint custody 4 full nights and 3 full days each week~ no alimony, no child support) Without great detail, it was my ex-wife ( there was church discipline ~Matthew 18~ her lack of repentance and eventual excommunication) who sought the divorce despite my pleadings not to do this wicked thing. We homeschooled before this divorce and to this day I wholeheartedly support it. Unfortunatley, I am unable to homeschool so the kids are in a public school. I need help! Are there any "support groups" or web sites for single divorced Dads from a Reformed perspective? Any comments on how a christian man is to "make it" ? I am self employed..so I work full time, and trying to cook, clean, balance the checkbooks, spend time with kids, soccer etc. Any thoughts?

*Ack* I should have been clearer. The Girls are three little girls who our boys play with. They are the daughters of a Ukrainian/American couple and are dear friends of our and our boys.

We only have boys. Four of them. Here's a picture.

Wow--what a rough patch you've been through. Honestly, I don't really know of much outside of the realm of mom-support-resources. But I'll keep my eye open and let you know.

Grace and peace,

*hee hee* You're boys are just as beautiful - too bad they can't sport fancy white bows like "The Girls".
