You, Too?

Hubby came home with a surprise for me today, U2's How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. While I get sentimental when I hear certain U2 songs, I've never been the huge fan other people I know are. But when I read some reviews a few weeks ago, I added it to my wishlist. (I thought I read a review by Gideon Strauss, but now I can't find it)

I've only listend to it a few time while cleaning the kitchen, so don't expect a thoughtful review from me. But I'm enjoying it.

Now I have an excuse to leave footprints on your clean new floor. My love for U2 goes back to the days of my baby christianhood when you are just dying to know of anyone that rocks and has a cristian connection tagged on to it one way or another. I have been through my changes since, and so have they.

I marvel over any band that continues for nearly 25 years with the same four original members.

Hm. I was wondering how to best spend my iTunes monthly allowance. Maybe I'll pick it up. I was a fan way back in the early days (War, Boy & October) but they kinda lost me with the Pop stuff.

The site looks beautiful!

Is it wrong of me to pray that you get an iPod someday? I'm not into the whole prosperity thing, but an iPod, well that's different! ;-)

I came to your site from a link from a link from a link... or something like that. Saw the name "Tulip Girl" and instantly had a (positive) Calvinistic association. =)

At any rate, I do like How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. Track 2 - "Miracle Drug" - is my favorite.
