Yes, our dear Yulia Tymoshenko was appointed Prime Minister today. She'll be confirmed by parliament in mid February.

Wow! Really? I was sure she wasn't going to be appointed PM. I'm not sure why I was sure, but it seemed like she was getting to pushy. Now Ukraine has their own political covergirl.

Wow, she really is gorgeous. Love that hair! This is, of course, totally divorced from assessment of her policies, but from what I've read via you and yours those sound equally lovely. We'll see how she does--what exactly does the PM do in Ukraine?

Is it just me or does she look a whole lot like Gwyneth Paltrow?

I have to say, she has the coolest hair of any Prime Minister out there today. So I guess she must be pretty good! :)
