He Loves Me, Take Two

Hubby went through hundreds and thousands of digital photos we have, and chose about twenty that captured our family and our experiences from the past several years. He picked the frames, matted the photos, and designed the display. It was a complete surprise to me. I get this giddy-joy feeling every time I see this.

How wonderful! What a great guy you have. Was it a special occasion or "prosto tak"? :)
Posted by: Laura Mac at October 20, 2005 01:25 PM
You look like a very nice Ukrainian family in some of those pictures. To think that we first met you in San Angelo, Texas of all places. John was still in the Army learning the language and the job. Who would have thought that God would have used you in ways that most of us could only dream about. To quote the Green Day song, "I hope you had the time of your life." Very nice pictured indeed.
Cheers

cheers
:o) k xx
Yeah, yeah. Lovely.
But is he going to get back to blogging anytime soon?
Posted by: Phillip R. Johnson at October 26, 2005 03:14 PM
*swoon*
Did THE Phil Johnson just comment on my blog? See my family pictures and take time to type? This is better than an Instalanche any day.
Btw, Hubby has dipped his toes into blogging once or twice since going on hiatus. To be honest, the transition to life stateside and the demands of grad school and family have put fear and whimsy on a back burner. He's written some great papers (and short book reviews) that I want to see added to his blog. We're still paying for hosting and the domain name, so take heart that Le Sabot, like Ukraine, it's not dead yet.
