NT510 has some suggested reading. One was:

Klein, William W., Craig L. Blomberg, and Robert L. Hubbard, Jr. Introduction to Biblical Interpretation. Dallas: Word Publishing, 1993.

If you can get your hands on that for cheap then I'd second that. We used it as the primary textbook for our Hermeneutics class. I disagreed with some small bits of it, but by and large it was a very helpful book.
