TG my daughter found that website for me. Soooo creeeepy. The British novelist has written a book (for about age 10 to 12) "Frozen Billy" about a family in Victorian England. A brother & sister are left in the care of an uncle who has a stage act with ventriloquist doll. The boy decides to join the act & things get creepy.

I so totally had the "Little Marcy" CD, er, record when I was a little girl. The scary thing is, I didn't realize until JUST NOW that she was a little fakey thing. I remember thinking she was just a little girl who had this amazing repertoire of songs!!

Am I the only one that doesn't find those creepy? I mean, they're not the prettiest things, but they don't make me shudder or anything.

I think we had some Marcy records when I was little and they didn't bother me either. Must be like the fear of clown things some people have.

I always thought the talent of being a ventriloquist was kind of cool.

Oh my. I remember "Marcy Sings To Children". I had that one when I was a kid. Until now, I'd managed to forget about her. Thanks for bringing back the nightmares! ;)
