Four out of five of my boys are down for the count, including Hubby. Only the youngest has escaped. I'm hoping their ills are more minor than mine. . . though by the way they are sleeping and looking, I'm not hopeful.

I'm not feeling well, but I'm feeling better. I was able to start a load of sheets and blankets in the wash and load the dishwasher. I'm ignoring the other messes for now.

So sorry you're feeling bad. Keep ignoring...it'll all still be there when you're better. (Yikes, I guess that's not as encouraging as it was meant to be.) Anyway, feel better!

Oh, I'm so sorry that you're still battling this illness in your home...Another friend of mine actually had to go to the hospital last week in the middle of the night because of the severity of the flu that she and her husband had. They're both better now. I hope and pray that you and your family are feeling better soon, too.

I feel your pain. Both boys got sent home from school today because they're sick. We've had at least one sick individual in the house since the beginning of December. For the moment I'm the only one who's not sick. We're really looking forward to spring.

Thank you for all the sympathy. I'm very thankful that in spite of the sickness, the boys have not been short tempered. They've been extra sweet to each other. . . T10 made R8 a big bowl of oatmeal the other night, since he was hungry and feeling yucky. R8 fell asleep at the table. They've all been doing little things to care for one another.

Hubby, on the other hand, still feels miserable but has been having weird cravings. Like pizza at 10 pm, in spite of being sick. So, we've indulged.
